Member Night Booking Policy

Member Night Rates

Member Night rates are available from October 1 through April 1.
    • Harbour View King Room: $255++ per night
    • Superior Room: $295++ per night
    • Ocean View King Room: $325++ per night
    • Poolside Cabana King Room: $350++ per night
    • Ocean View One Bedroom Suite: $475++ per night
    • Harbour View One Bedroom Suite: $525++ per night

Taxes, Fees & Gratuities

Nightly rates are subject to:
    • 11.75% hotel occupancy tax and tourism guest fee
    • 12% Tucker’s Point Club fee
    • $16.80 nightly gratuity per person age 5+

    • Rates, taxes and fees are subject to change without notice.

Extra Person Charges

Rates are based on double occupancy per bedroom.
    • Adults & Children 12+: $95 per person, per night
    • Children 5–11: $50 per child, per night
    • Children under 5: Complimentary when sharing with parents
    • A rollaway bed or sofa bed conversion will be provided where available.

    • Additional person charges are subject to 11.75% hotel occupancy/tourism taxes, 12% Tucker’s Point Club fee and $16.80 nightly gratuity per person age 5+.

Maximum Room Occupancy

    • Harbour View King: Maximum 2 adults and 1 child or infant.
    • Superior Room: Maximum 2 adults and 1 child or infant. No additional bedding is available, with the exception of a crib.
    • Ocean View King: Maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child or infant.
    • Poolside Cabana King: Maximum 3 adults. All guests must be 16 years or older.
    • Ocean View One Bedroom Suite: Maximum 3 adults, or 2 adults and 1 child or infant.
    • Harbour View One Bedroom Suite: Maximum 4 adults, or 2 adults and 2 children or infants.

Booking

Reservations may be made up to 45 days prior to arrival.

No deposit or credit card is required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy

For Member Night reservations between October 1 and April 1:
    • Reservations may be cancelled without penalty until 4:00pm Bermuda time, 24 hours prior to arrival.
    • Cancellations received within 24 hours of arrival will be charged one night at the applicable Member Night rate, excluding taxes and fees.

Early Departures

In the event of an early departure, all originally confirmed room nights, including applicable taxes and fees, will be charged.
Rosewood Bermuda cannot be responsible for early departures resulting from family emergencies, health-related matters, airline schedule changes or weather conditions. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Check-In & Check-Out

    • Check-in: From 4:00pm
    • Check-out: By 11:00am
    • Changing facilities are available for early arrivals and late departures.
    • Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur a charge of 50% of the Best Available Rate.

Food & Beverage Member Discount

To receive the 10% Member discount on regular Food & Beverage purchases, charges should be made directly to your Member account rather than your hotel room.

Member discounts do not apply to special events or special event menus.

Pets & Service Animals

Rosewood Bermuda welcomes pets and service animals in accordance with the Resort’s applicable policies.
For pets:

    • Maximum weight: 25 lbs
    • Maximum one pet per room
    • $250 one-time cleaning fee per pet, per room
    • A Pet Policy Waiver must be completed prior to check-in.
    • Pets must be kept on a leash at all times.
