Member Room Rate Benefits
We recognize the value and excitement our members have when experiencing our property as guests.
Our room nights are based on overall occupancy and are subject to blackout dates over major holidays.
Per Membership:
Full Members, HCO and GVO receive 10 Member’s Nights
Resort/Social members receive 7 Member’s Nights
Golf and Sports members receive 2 Member’s Nights

October to March
Member’s Nights are from October 1st to March 31st
Per Room:
$195 per night based on two adults
+ 11.75% govt tax + $16.80 per guest per room
Per Suite (limited availability):
$350 per night based on two adults
+ 11.75% govt tax + $31.60 per guest per room
Reservations must be made at least 3-days in advance but no earlier than 45-days before the stay
Reservations are occupancy allowing
Cancellation Policy:
Room must be cancelled in writing 24-hours prior to arrival room if not, rate + tax will apply
Member Discounted Rates
April to September
Discounted rates are available from April 1st to September 30th
All membership categories receive 20% off the best advertised rates + fees and charges

General Policies
Maximum occupancy 2 adults & 1 child u12 per Room | 2 adults & 2 children u12 per Suite. Additional person $50 each | Cribs complimentary
Dogs under 25lbs are allowed. A mandatory pet cleaning charge of $250 per room per stay applies. Dogs may not join the member on the beach or at the pools unless a registered service dog
Members must settle room charges by credit card at check-out and cannot be applied to the Member account
Room nights are for members only and may not be transferred to non-members or rolled over
