Expertly prepared by your dedicated Chef, the customizable menu offers a selection of appetizers, a choice of grilled meat, seafood, or vegetables, sides and of course dessert! Your exclusive beach side table setting will be prepared in advance, with no preparation or cleanup necessary, leaving you and your party to simply enjoy the sizzle of the grill, and the whisper of the surf just a few steps away.
An exclusive dining experience with a private beachfront deck and evening sky as your dining room. Guests are led down to the water’s edge deck to indulge in a beachfront experience like no other – this experience features a Chef’s choice set menu with wine pairing. Upon completion of the meal, guests can relax and enjoy a digestif, coffee or tea.
A progressive rum tasting, and degustation is conducted in our very own Chef’s Garden. This experience provides our guests with a unique educational experience coupled with elegant outdoor dining. The safari aspect consists of a guided tasting of a rum selection infused with local botanicals and spices and indigenous cuisine, as the sun is setting. After the tasting, guests indulge in a five-course Chef’s degustation dinner in the herb garden overlooking the golf course and Harrington Sound – utilizing a menu featuring local seafood and produce in an elegant outdoor setting, paired by the Sommelier’s selection of wine.
A unique & educational culinary experience that places guests in the middle of an operational commercial kitchen. Surrounded by an international brigade of working chefs, guests see and experience firsthand, the operation of a luxury resort’s main kitchen. The chef will guide guests through a specially personalized degustation menu with the chef presenting each course table- side. The menu is paired with wines selected by our sommelier and served with each course. Each pairing’s significance will be explained by the team as the courses arrive.

Cancellations can be made 48 hours before an event without penalty, otherwise the full event price will be charged for all no shows. No Show or call policy $45 pp for lunch and $65 pp for dinner will be charged to the Member account. The full amount will be charged for special events.
Member 10% discount will apply for all parties of 10 and under for regular dining and weekly events. The 10% discount this is not applicable for special events or special menus
