Tournament Registration & Welcome Dinner – Flavors of India
Friday, October 10th
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Sul Verde
Start the evening by checking in at the registration table, where you’ll receive your welcome bags—complete with shirts, golf balls, and other tournament essentials—and have a chance to connect with fellow players. Passed wine and beer will be served during dinner, with additional drinks available for purchase following.
Tournament Day 1
Saturday, October 11th
9:00am Breakfast Buffet Omelet Station | Sul Verde
Start your tournament day right with a delicious breakfast buffet, featuring a custom omelet station where you can craft your perfect omelet from a variety of fresh ingredients. The buffet also includes a spread of classic breakfast favorites alongside freshly brewed coffee, tea, and juices to kickstart your morning.

11:00am Tournament Shotgun Start
Tournament Format: Shamble (80% Handicap)
In this Shamble format, each golfer tees off and the best drive is selected. From that point on, each player plays their own ball into the hole.
Important Note: Once both players have hit their second shot, no further ball improvement is allowed. The ball must be played as it lies, following USGA rules and exceptions.
The team score is the lowest individual score from the two players on each hole.
Handicaps will be applied at 80% of each player’s individual handicap.

Casual Cocktails & Roast Carvery
Evening Social – Day 1 of the Tournament
Unwind after the first day of tournament play with an evening of casual cocktails, hearty hand-carved roasts, and live music in a laid-back atmosphere. This stand-up social is the perfect chance to mingle, relive the day’s best shots (and laughs), and connect with fellow players.
Tournament Day 2
Sunday, October 12th
9:00am Breakfast Buffet with Pancake Station | Sul Verde
Our Breakfast Buffet features a dedicated pancake station and a selection of classic breakfast favorites. Complement your meal with freshly brewed coffee, tea, and a range of assorted juices to fuel up for another exciting day on the course.

11:00am Tournament Shotgun Start
Day 2 Format: Best Ball (80% Handicap)
On Day 2, the tournament continues with a Best Ball format using 80% of each player’s handicap.
In Best Ball, each golfer plays their own ball for the entire hole. After completing the hole, the lowest individual score between the two team members is recorded as the team score for that hole.
USGA and R&A Rules apply.
Handicaps are applied at 80% for fairness and competitiveness.
Final tournament standings will be based on the combined team scores from Day 1 (Shamble) and Day 2 (Best Ball).

Taste of Italy, Prizegiving & Open Bar
Evening Social – Day 2 of the Tournament
Join us after the final swing for a stand-up cocktail celebration featuring a Taste of Italy—a delicious spread of Italian-inspired dishes.
Enjoy a complimentary open bar during our prizegiving ceremony, where we’ll honor standout performances with awards for Closest to the Pin, Longest Drive, and Top Team Finishes (1st, 2nd, and 3rd), plus a few fun surprises along the way.

The Explorer’s Club
While the adults enjoy the Rosewood Cup Prizegiving, the little ones are invited to their own night of fun at Players’ Kids Movie Night!
Hosted in The Explorer’s Club, kids can relax in a cozy, supervised space and enjoy a family-friendly movie, along with a light dinner and plenty of popcorn.
